Product Description
Beluga caviar is the rarest and most luxurious caviar, sourced from the Beluga sturgeon, a slow-maturing fish native to the Caspian and Black Seas. It features large, delicate pearls with a smooth, buttery texture and a rich, mildly nutty flavor. Due to overfishing, strict regulations limit its availability, making it highly exclusive. Often served simply on blinis or with crème fraîche, it pairs perfectly with champagne or vodka for an indulgent experience.
This product is free from genetically modified organisms (European Regulations N° 1829/2003/CE and N° 1830/2003/CE)
